MQ-03 current members are Melkyzedeck (lyrics, vocals, composition, writing and programming, live synths) and Neruk 7 (live DJ, live synths & live programming).

 

In March 2003, eager to expand his ways to express his feelings and emotions, Melkyzedeck created MQ-03 as a hobby project. After experimenting and learning another artistical disciplines (mainly drawing, filming and ocassional writting), MQ-03 turned into Melkyzedeck's main interest and started to work in his first songs. At the end of 2003 MQ-03 released his first demo CD DECEPCION PERPETUA. But it wasn't until the mid-2004 when they sparkled interest in the Electro/Goth Mexican scene with their second demo CD REDENCION LEJANA.

 

In 2008, MQ-03 tried to release his first official release NUEVO REINO, but mayor problems arose during the CD production and forced to put the band into rest until 2010 when MQ-03 released his first official release MIRABILE DICTU atracting some attention from foreign public.

 

MQ-03 music straddles the ElectroGoth, EBM-Industrial and New Age genres since its formation. And while many catalog MQ-03 as an "Electro band", the truth is that the main audience is located inside the "Gothic" audience rather than the "Electro" one.
